What: CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING FOR RETAIL WORKERS!--Tuesday July 19th & Wednesday July 20th
Who:  The Retail Action Project (RAP) is an organization of retail workers dedicated to improving opportunities and workplace standards in the retail industry. We are a growing network of retail workers who work together to win living wages, benefits and respect in all retail stores.

RAP offers services and education to support members' path towards career security and advancement.

RAP provides free consultations for retail workers facing changing conditions or new challenges on the job. Learn about your legal rights at work and how to make the changes you want to see in your store.

 Details  Earn a Certificate of Training Completion from LaGuardia Community College

Come to our FREE workshop to:

* Develop your communication and teamwork skills to work in a fast paced retail environment
* Enhance your leadership skills to help you advance in retail
* Fine-tune your resume to attract more attention from employers
* Get to know your rights as a retail worker

The Customer Service Training is a 10-hour certified training course co-sponsored by the Consortium for Worker Education and LaGuardia Community College.
