Shift Schedule- Must be available to work all shifts
Assigned Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Heavy, light cleaning and high dusting of offices, movie theaters, public spaces, restrooms, sidewalks and building exteriors
Snow removal and operation of snow blowers
Moving of heavy objects
Operating of floor maintenance equipment such as buffers, shampooers, burnishers, etc.
Receives and responds to all service request calls during the shift
Attend job-related skills and safety training as scheduled by BAM
Preservation and safekeeping of all custodial materials and equipment
Attends job related training as needed and scheduled by BAM
Position Requirements:
Must be willing to work overtime, as needed
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Must be willing and able to work all shifts
Two years of custodial experience with floor maintenance equipment
Physically able to do excessive walking, lifting, stair and ladder climbing
Demonstrated ability to operate all equipment currently in use
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, MSDS and operating and maintenance procedures
Excellent customer service skills
Appropriate written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.)
Salary $11.00 / per hour for approximately 20 hours per week. No benefits are provided for this position.
